Clarion Borough FFY 2020 CDBG Program Announcement: Clarion Borough will hold a preliminary public hearing for it’s FFY 2020 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program on Tuesday, June 30, 2020. The hearing will begin at 6:00 p.m. at the Clarion Borough Administrative Office at 1400 East Main Street, Clarion, PA 16214. Note from the Chief of Police: Effective July 1, 2020, Clarion Borough Police Department will be enforcing all parking restrictions, including parking meter enforcement, within Clarion Borough.

Per Clarion Borough Resolution No. 2020-447, effective June 3, 2020, Borough-owned buildings are reopened to the public with an exception as noted in the resolution (please see the attached link to the resolution here: Resolution #2020-447.Open ). All applicable social distancing guidelines and safety protocols (wearing a mask, etc.) shall be followed.
