Clarion Borough Stormwater Authority
The Clarion Borough Stormwater Authority (CBSA) was established by Clarion Borough Ordinance No. 2016-820 on June 7, 2016. The authority board consists of five members, each of whom is a taxpayer in, maintains a business in, and/or is a citizen of the borough. The original board members will serve staggered terms from one to five years. New members of the board, appointed by Council, will serve five year terms.
The board meets once a month at the Clarion Borough offices, 1400 East Main Street, Clarion, PA 16214. The meetings are open to the public and begin at 7:00 pm. The Clarion Borough Stormwater Authority was created by Council for the sole purpose of repairing and improving the borough’s extensive system of stormwater infrastructure. It is the objective of the authority to fulfill this mission in a way that is fair to all residents and taxpayers of the borough.
