Clarion Borough is the home of the Autumn Leaf Festival, Clarion University of Pennsylvania, Clarion Area School District, many businesses, and over 5,000 Borough residents and University students.  In addition, Clarion Borough is the county seat of Clarion County. Clarion Borough has been recognized as the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry Community of the Year and is one of Pennsylvania’s Blueprint Communities!

 

Clarion Borough 2026 Cleanup Day

Clean-Up Day for Clarion Borough will be on May 16, 2026.    Collection will start at 6:00 a.m. that morning until 11 a.m. at Clarion Borough Public Works located at 1148 Veterans Drive.  There will be dumpsters at the Public Works Department for you to bring your items to.  Businesses are included but must bring items to this location also. Clarion Borough Spring Leaf Collection

Clarion Borough Leaf Pick Up will take place Monday and Tuesday, April 27^th and 28^th and May 4^th and 5^th, 2026.  All leaves must be at curbside by 7 a.m. This is for leaves only, no limbs or brush.  Do not put leaves in bags. No need to contact the Public Works Department.
